All of our products are made to order, meaning each item is printed specifically for you after purchase.

Because of this: We do not accept returns or exchanges. All sales are final.

This includes, but is not limited to:

• Wrong size ordered
• Change of mind
• Preference-based reasons (color, fit, style)
• Items ordered by mistake

We strongly encourage reviewing the size chart and product details before ordering.

While we do not accept returns or exchanges, we stand behind our products.

A free replacement will be provided if your item:

• Arrives damaged
• Has a printing defect
• Is different from what you ordered

Refunds are issued only if a replacement is not possible, in accordance with our fulfillment partner’s policies.

If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:

• Your order number
• Clear photos showing the issue

We cannot offer replacements or refunds for:

• Incorrect size selection
• Buyer's remorse or preference changes
• Normal wear and tear
• Shipping carrier delays
• Issues reported after 7 days of delivery

Orders enter production shortly after checkout. For this reason, orders cannot be canceled or modified once placed.

Please double-check all order details before completing your purchase.

If a refund is approved due to a confirmed fulfillment issue:

• It will be issued to the original payment method
• Processing may take 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card provider
