How long does production take?

Once your order is placed, it goes into production immediately — and because products are made to order, this step takes time.

Production time:

📍 Typically 2–5 business days before your order is handed to the carrier.

This time can vary slightly depending on order volume, holidays, or product type (e.g., hoodies may take a bit longer).

How long does shipping take?

  • Tracking is included with every order

You’ll receive a tracking email as soon as your order ships.

  • Because we're in our launch phase, shipping is free within the USA
  • Orders cannot be canceled or modified once placed, as they enter production quickly
  • We do not offer expedited or rush shipping at this time
What if my order is delayed or arrives damaged?

If your order is delayed, arrives damaged, or is incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

Returns & Refund Clarification

Because every item is printed just for you, we cannot accept returns or refunds for change of mind or sizing choice.

However, we do replace orders if there’s a printing or fulfillment error.
